Summary of Battalion Activities in the Past 60 Days:
669th- 3 parades, 6 meetings, 1 convention, 1 captain's table in costume, 1
movie premier (Lord of the Rings), 4 community service projects, 2 movie
nights, 1
Christmas party and 1 Game night
Battalion Level Activities Planned For Future
669th-
0201.07 -Heard Elementary School will have it's annual Reading Under the
Stars program. We were asked to provide Costumed club members for this
event. Start time is 5:30 PM at Heard located off Waters on Lee St. There
will be a light dinner.
0201.09 - Some of us will volunteer at Oatland Island
Cultural Heritage Day 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
0201.10 - There will be a club cookout at the Tybee
Island community
center. This event starts at 2:00 PM food will be served at 4:00 PM.
As usual the Club will furnish the meat all others
please bring a covered dish
or other donation. There will be a $1.00 per person
charge for incidentals. All
Club Members please try to attend.Directions: take
highway 80 (Victory Dr.) to
Tybee Island turn left at first stoplight. Go straight
till road ends. the whit building in front
of you is the community center.
0201.16 - Some of us will volunteer at Oatland Island
Astronomy Workshop & Star Party 2:00PM - 9:30 PM
0201.17 - We will be attending a Motion picture at one of our local
Theatres for Rogue Phoenix Movie night. Movie & Location

0201.19 - There will be a Club Meeting at Golden Corral
across from the Oglethorp Mall At 7:30 PM
0201.21 - There will be a Statesboro Club meeting at
Pizza inn across Ga.
Southern College at 7:30. Statesboro members please try to attend.
0201.22-24 Somr of us will attend Meggacon in Orlando
FL.
0201.23 - Some of us will volunteer at Oatland Island Project Wet Workshop
from 9:00 PM - 4:00 PM
