> I (Shaughn O'Connor Chapter CO) am having problems with my roster,
we are short 5 members for last year & I need their SCC numbers.
Payment was made using my credit card. The date on the online receipt
was Friday, March 16, 2001 7:43 AM. I have already
notified Membership Processing, but as yet this has not been resolved. See
online application receipt below:

us know. You're welcome to check the CompOps member lookup page to see
when it's been processed in the meantime, but please don't contact
CompOps to ask about processing delays until eight weeks have passed.
Please check the information below to verify that it is correct. If
there are any mistakes, please contact us immediately at Membership@sfi.org
so that we can make corrections.
Reminder: If the name and address on the credit card is different from
the member's name and address (for example, a CO handling crewmember
renewals on a personal Credit Card) then the cardholder must send a
message to Membership@sfi.org
within 24 hours of the time of submission from this web page stating:
1) their name as it appears on the credit card, 2) their correct current
credit card billing address, 3) the last four digits of the card number,
and 4) a statement declaring that (s)he authorizes the transaction,
granting permission for STARFLEET to charge the credit card in the full
amount of the submitted transaction, and agreeing to be responsible for
the charge according to all of the terms of their credit agreement with
the issuer of the credit card used.
If you have used someone else's credit card, and they do not send the
required authorization, your membership will not be processed!
